I, Peter Sontowski, can and will provide
forensic evidence in regards to the following:
1. Pavement failures due to faulty mix design.
2. Pavement failures due to lack of adequate quality
control.
3. Pavement failures due to faulty construction, i.e.
lack of density, segregation
in the mat, etc.
4. Any other reasons for pavement failure.
This service consists of expert reports
and testimony regarding any and all failures associated with
paving technology. Usually, the claims and counter
claims are settled out of court once my reports are
