The vision I have is for flexible
pavements that outlast all present pavements by a
substantial margin. These pavements are called "Everlast
Pavements" and are constructed by the "Everlast
Paving System". Such pavements would resist all
types of cracking, delamination of successive lifts,
raveling and rutting. They would also be as smooth as
a table top. In addition, the "Everlast
Paving" mix is produced at a much lower mixing
temperature and is smokeless and much less detrimental to
the health of the paving crews. When "Everlast
Pavements" become part of your street and road
strategy, you will eliminate most of your severe
headaches. The practice of going hat in hand for funds
will mostly be a thing of the past. If you value
